Did you try to connect to a different VPN location and verify the issue?
For well over a month now, whenever I switch on my VPN it takes around 60 seconds before I get the message "you are successfully connected. If I try to connect to any URL, it tells me I am not connected to the internet. Whether I tried to connect to a URL or not, after around 30 seconds, it tells me that I have "Connection error. Sorry it has not been possible to establish a connection". I have uninstalled and re-installed the VPN on three separate occasions - but I still get the same issue. How do we fix this?
Yes - I tried London first (my nearest location) and also Paris, France which is also a P2P site. Both have the same issue.
