I apologize for the inconvenience. I would request you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN from the control panel- program list and then reinstall it from the AVG management console.
Check if it fixes the issue with the activation, if not please provide the screenshot http://bit.ly/1aZxsAV of the AVG Secure VPN dashboard to assist further.
My AVG VPN will not start - it just gives an error message. Maybe downloading and installing again would solve the problem. How can I do this ?
