AVG VPN - not working

I have AVG's VPN installed on my Alienware PC supposedly masking my address as from xxxx city to San Francisco secure VPN. However when I do I a lookup on this is what I get:

My IP is not being masked as claimed by AVG VPN, I should be in San Francisco instead of where I really am in xxxx Australia. Has anyone else had problems with this VPN client not working correctly or have not configured it correctly?
