I have a paid subscription to AVG VPN for Windows 10. Recently, I noticed that the message, "your online privacy is protected" was no longer popping up when I opened a browser. I went to the menu, where in the past, it has been easy to find the "on" and "off" button for the VPN, only to find that the menu has totally changed and it is not there. I went to "run" and checked the program. It said it was running but the option to start or stop was greyed out. I feel that I am paying for a service that I am no longer receiving and it seems very difficult to get any assistance from AVG. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
