Have you tried to change the location on AVG Secure VPN and checked with it?
If not, please check its status and contact our Android mobile team for further assistance. Click on the following link( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) select as Android in Os field, fill out your details and click email option. AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email.
I recently upgraded my android AVG account to include VPN protection and ever since then I've not been able to cast or mirror between my phone or TV. Is there a setting to allow communication within a local network without issues.
I've tested the issue by switching off AVG VPN and trying to cast without any issues, once the VPN is switched on again the issue continues.
Given that I've paid more for this I would appreciate a fix otherwise I'm going to need some money back!!
