Hi I have just purchased Avg vpn via my laptop running windows 10. The email from which I ended up purchasing from says that it is uasable across all of my devices, and the slogan indeed says whatever your device we have got it covered! Please tell me that I can use it on my iPad as this is the device that I need it on the most!

Hello Paul,
AVG does offer Secure VPN for iOS devices but it has to be purchased from the Apple app store. The AVG Secure VPN that you purchased now can be used on Windows devices only. Please also be informed that the phrase "Whatever your device we got it covered" is not meant for AVG Secure VPN. It is for AVG Ultimate which you have an active subscription also. AVG ultimate can be installed on Windows, Android and Mac devices.

If you do not want to use AVG Secure VPN on your windows device, you can get a refund for it. Please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm to fill in the refund form and submit it. Upon successful submission, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email with in 3 business days.

Then purchase AVG Secure VPN from Apple app store and install it.
