AVG VPN Preventing Internet Access/Cannot Uninstall Program

Initially, please clarify whether you receive the message 'UI stopped working' after clicking on uninstall in control panel or as soon as opening AVG Secure VPN.
However, you can try restarting your computer once & check if it helps.

Hello. I discovered that my VPN is now preventing internet access when it is turned on. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot, I decided to uninstall - and hopefully reinstall - the program. When attempting to uninstall, however, the message "AVG UI has stopped working" appears and forces me to close the program. How do I uninstall this program?

Hello. I receive the message after clicking on uninstall in the control panel. I've tried restarting, but that doesn't help. Furthermore, I can still not access the internet whenever the VPN is turned on, so I'm paying for a product that I can neither use nor uninstall. Are there any troubleshooting methods you can provide besides restarting my computer? If not, can you tell me how I can request to be refunded. The subscription was renewed withing the past couple of months. Thank you for your help.
