I see that you have initiated AVG Secure VPN (60-day Trial) and it expires on 28th January 2018.
This is the reason it shows you the expiry as 14 days. You will be charged for the renewal automatically before 10 days of the trial expiry and the email notification will be sent explaining the subscription details.
We request you to get our additional support help in activating Secure VPN for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I purchased AVG VPN about 1-2 months ago. Every time I try to turn it on, it just actively thinks about it but never turns on. It also shows that my trial has 14 day's before it expire's in the AVG Dashboard, yet I am still paying for it and it shows up in my account.
I uninstalled AVG VPN and reinstalled it, and it still won't connect.
First, I am disappointed because I am paying for a service I haven't been able to use. Second, I can't find direct answers here in the community.
