Avg vpn problem

Hi, I subscribe avg vpn for 2 years, first install in desktop computer running windows 7, second install in laptop with windows 10.
I never use both computer in the same time, but everytime i try to activate vpn in my laptop it says "your avg secure vpn trial is over" why? pls help, thanks

I have the same problem.  Subscription taken 17th June after free Trial now it won't connect.  Did I really have a free trial perhaps not.  Would AVG please return my money.

I did, but in the avg account panel it still says "you're not subscribed to avg secure vpn"
I also have done several install & uninstall, but nothing change.
refresh license also does not work.

i will do as suggested, but when I try this morning vpn already working as it should be.
i'm not sure what has been done by avg staff, I just want to thank you all.
