Hello AVG Support,
I am a long term user of AVG products and have been very satisfied with your products - until now!

On 13 June 2018, without having an opportunity to use a 30-day trial, I signed up for a 2-year VPN licence. I have to say I am very disappointed in my purchase. Not only is my Windows 10 computer abysmally slow with VPN switched on, but I have to exit Outlook to allow sent emails to clear my Outbox, I frequently have to exit my VPN to move to different pages within a website I have accessed, and I have received deceptive messages from Google regarding my wrong location.

I am now forced to leave my VPN off in order to get through all the home business I deal with on a daily basis, in doing so completely negating the purpose for which I purchased it.

Is there any way I can de-licence my VPN and receive a refund of the balance of my 2-year subscription?
