AVG VPN Secure - Subscription not listed in my account

Upon checking your account, we can see that you have an AVG Secure VPN (10 devices) subscription, which was purchased from a reseller/retail store (Amazon).
We regret to inform you that reseller/retail store bought AVG subscriptions will not be visible under the AVG My Account.
Since AVG Secure VPN can only be activated using the "Sign-in" option in iOS, the app is not recognizing the reseller/retail store bought license.
You needn't worry, we've created a ticket on your behalf and escalated it to our senior sales team. They'll make the subscription visible under your account and update the status via email. Then, you'll be able to activate AVG Secure VPN on your iPhone.

I recently purchased AVG VPN Secure through Amazon and have successfully activated and started using it. However, when I try to check my AVG account, the subscription details are not available in MY AVG account. I reached out to customer care, but they were not helpful. It has already been a week, and because of this issue, I am unable to use the VPN service on my iPhone. Since the iPhone requires activation of the AVG Secure VPN app through AVG account subscription details, I am unable to use it on my mobile devices.

If anyone has faced this issue before, please let me know. Thank you!
