i looked at the reference you provided but it is of no assistance for the version of outlook that i am using. i am very reluctant to change these settings because they are specific to my internet service provider (Telstra) in Australia and i dont want to risk loosing my email connection. is there any option for me to get my money back as this VPN will not work with my outlook ?
