When i turn VPN on it tells me i am safe …When i try to use a website that is supposed to only be used from with the UK and Isle of Man it tells me it thinks i am outside the UK and that i can't logon. When i insist it asks me to contact the vendor and get my IP registered in the UK …How do you do that ?

Please check the location you have connected through VPN. Does it shows as UK?
If not, please set the location to UK and check if you are able to access this website.
