AVG VPN stopping any email with an attachment being sent as it "may" be spam....i

Please clarify exactly what happens while sending emails when connected through AVG Secure VPN. Do you receive any error messages?

Hi Hari,

My email provider is Xtra and I use an outlook express platform.
If the VPN is off things work well, if its on I am unable to send emails with attachment as the system administrater sees tham as spam.
I have tried and tried to send a screen shot it will not attach.
The fault is caused by the VPN and I do not want to change the email settings and do something I cannot undo.

My VPN has to be disconnected for me to send emails as it thinks I am sending spam. I do not send spam, I do not like spam, and I am decidedly not friends with the VPN any more, how do I set it to mind its own business? at present I have noticed its off because I have been sending emails and forgot to reconnect it. What should I do?
