After 2/3 days without service it seems to have fixed itself. Thanks for nothing.
Clearly from my initial message the subscription was already active. I don’t have a problem activating it. These replies haven’t helped me at all. Also clearly, I was looking for some sort of reimbursement for the days the service hadn't been provided, not the days I had used the service trouble free. Normally as minimum I would expect to have my subscription extended to cover the number of days the service wasn't provided. Good customer service would have this extended further to compensate for all of the unnecessary inconvenience.

Info in Topic: Logged in, Subscription Active but whenever I switch VPN On it immediately switches itself off and offers a me VPN trial. What do I do?
Worth noting that this is an incredibly difficult customer service format. I don't understand why AVG is going so far out of its way to prevent people from getting customer service. How am I to be reimbursed for days I've paid for this service where it has not been made available?

It would seem that Samuel is being "screwed over", none of you seem to want to understand, or do understand.
I have joined this conversation because I have exactly the same problem. I too would be asking for componsation as YOU have left me open to attack when I have paid you to protect me.
POOR, POOR SHOW BY AVG !!!, one could almost call you RIP-OFF MERCHANTS.
I've been using it for a year near troube free. Subscription is Active as per original message. I note you neglected to respond regarding reimbursement?
