My installation of VPN will not connect (problem started yesterday) after functioning without issue for 11 months. My License payment expires 24th September 2018 - 1 month to go. Is this coincidental?
I uninstalled and re-installed the prog (as I also had to do yesterday for unfunctioning AVG Internet Security prog). Anyway, still the VPN will not connect.
What can I do to reinstate activity for the remaining month of my payment (before renewal takes effect)?
You could also try to load the website on a different browser.
Nigel, Try logging off the Community & see if you can then read the article link content.

NOW WHAT? How then do I get the screen shot to you?
