Open AVG Secure VPN window, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".

I subscribed to AVG Secure VPN on 17 September but cannot switch it on/get it to run in the background. The program experiences "a Technical Problem" and "is not responding". When I "Restart Service", the same result.
I have activated the service, it appears on my profile as a subscribed to item and logging in- and out of "my account" does not resolve the issue. The situation is becoming an irritation! Please resolve this issue forthwith!
