It occurs due to synchronization issue which should be fixed when you reactivate AVG Secure VPN. We have updated your license from our end, please try to log out and log back in after 5 hours and check its status.
Open AVG Secure VPN -> Logged in at the top right -> choose log out and then log back in to perform the reactivation steps.
Like many others I have this problem.
Rather than send an email to each request could an answer be placed online or sent to each owner of a VPN License?
