AVG VPN Trial expired after paying for subscription

I am sorry to hear that. I would suggest you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN from Control panel and reinstall it to check the status.

Please let us know if you are still facing the same issue after reinstalling AVG secure VPN.

I paid for a 2 year subscription and the instructions told me there was 'no license number for AVG Secure VPN and to activate, simply open it and log in using your AVG MyAccount email and password'

I have logged in using my email address and password, yet secure VPN just says trial expired and only gives me the option to pay for it, yet it still shows up on my list of paid subscriptions when I go to my account through the website.

All fixed. Just after I posted my message, I uninstalled all AVG products and downloaded and reinstalled. It all worked fine after reinstalling :slight_smile:
