If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Why does my AVG Antivirus wok just fine but  the AVG VPN  is blocked from loading

We regret the inconvenience caused, Walter.
I'd request you to restart the PC and try to turn on AVG Secure VPN.
If that does not help, please uninstall and reinstall the product.
