Please send us the screenshot of that pop-up, also please confirm us from when and where you are getting the pop-up on your device?

Hi,
I keep receiving a pop-up on my computer that indicates an update is needed for my AVG VPN which quickly disappears. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG VPN when I could not find anywhere in any of the AVG apps to update the VPN. The problem is persisting. Is there a way to update the AVG VPN besides clicking on a pop-up (that seems like a really risky way to access updates from an internet security provider–please provide alternate options in responses)?
I also do not want to simply disable the popup, I want to find a way to securely initiate AVG VPN updates.
