AVG VPN when used gives me blacklisted IP addresses

Do you still have the AVG Secure VPN installed in your computer?

How do you suspect that it is blacklisted Ip address?

Did you get any error message?

AVG VPN when used gives me UK blacklisted IPaddresses.
As such Iam unable to access many sites. this is affecting my business.
Have deactivated AVG VPN, I now use my service provider British Telecom BT tto allocate me a private IP address ,this is not blacklisted, it works with all my applications. I can now access all my business sites.

Trying to contact AVG over this issue from the UK is like trying to squeeze water out of stone. after spending hours on the phone you eventually reach an analyst, who say they are not VPN but will transfer you to a VPN person, yoiu wait longer - no reply …

It is apparent your AVG VPN is not fir for purpose in UK

As such I request a fiull refund of monies paid to this service.

I will not be using any AVG services when my current subscrition ends
