Hello Edward,
We are aware of this issue where our developers are working hard to fix it once and all. We request you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN and remove its traces from Program files , temp folders, restart your device and then proceed with reinstallation of AVG Secure VPN: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-Secure-VPN . Hope, it helps.
I have followed your advice closely three times this afternoon, and I still get the white screen. I uninstalled VPN, used PC Tuneup to remove temp folders, and then went to C:\ProgramFiles x86)\AVG\Secure VPN for the final trace that PC Tuneup did not detect and remove. I restarted the computer, a desktop with Windows 10, and reinstalled VPN as administrator, per your instructions. It did not work. Can you do anything about this? I have been without a functioning VPN for about three months.
Thank you.

This is the same as the one by Dylan Petrucelli
AVG VPN White Screen
I have tried repeatedly over the past three months to get an answer, but AVG Brazil has practically ignored me, and I am very displeased. Deleting and reinstalling does not work. I would prefer to deal with someone in India or the Netherlands. Thank you.Edward F. Thiery

I appreciate your efforts, Edward.
The above steps worked on one of our customer and that's why I suggested it for you.
The possible option is we should wait until it gets resolved. Our developer's planned to release a new version which will fix this issue.
Once the issue has been fixed, you can reach our Sales support to get extension for three months
