Hi I have just installed VPN, but it's not allowing Outlook to access Hotmail. This seems to be a common problem, and the solutions shown previously don't seem to help. One said to switch the VPN off when refreshing email folders! I'm certainly NOT going to be switching it on and off every 15 minutes! Please can you suggest a complete solution, not a "work 'round"? Otherwise I would like a refund… Many thanks
