AVG VPN won't allow XFINITY television to play

When I have the AVG VPN running & I try and logon to my cable tv provider I get the following message:
Threat secured
We've safely aborted connection on oauth.xfinity.com because it was infected with URL:Phishing.
When I switch the VPN off I have no problem logging on to my cable provider.
Any help would be appreciated.

When I try to post a screenshot of the threat message as you requested the screen greys out and I cannot attach the screenshot.

When I "click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions" as you suggest the INSERT IMAGE window appears however it is greyed out and is inoperable.  Please advise.
