AVG VPN - Won't connect to internet

I recently purchased AVG VPN, followed the download advice, activated the account etc… however, like many other people have written when connected to the VPN there is no connection to the internet.  I have followed all of the helpful advice e.g. uninstall, re-install, change DNS settings etc…still I cannot connect to the internet through the VPN.  I have hunted for AVG VPN settings without success for Windows 10…

Any ideas on what to do next?
