Thank you for your help. I have now installed AVG secure VPN on an different computer and when I try to turn it on it says " You're offline" please connect to the internet to use your VPN. But I am connected and can brouse without problems. Any suggestions?
I have AVG VPN installed on my laptop which has worked since I installed it. I stopped using that laptop for a month and now it won't turn on. When I sign in using my account it says Sorry, we've run into a problem. Please retry later. When I enter my activation code it says it is for a different platform. I tried to re install it but it still won't work. Any suggestions?
Hi, I am using windows 10 . It is on Bell Aliant internet. I can't hook to a mobile hot spot.

I tried changing the DNS but it didn't make a difference. I don't have access to another server but my other laptop is connected to the same server and the Secure VPN works on it.

Would you be so kind to let us know the operating system installed on the other computer & clarify whether this happens with a specific network or irrespective of networks?
You can also try connecting to a mobile hotspot to check this.
It seems that your computer is set to block installing apps outside Microsoft store.
