Did you try to repair your AVG Secure VPN product and then check if it helps?
You can repair your AVG Secure VPN with the following steps:
1. Press your window key and R key together and then type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter"
2. Here you can see the list of installed applications in your PC.
3. Uninstall the conflicting VPN (If found).
4. Uninstall the AVG Secure VPN and click "Uninstall".
5. Now select repair and continue.
6. Restart your PC.

AVG VPN just told me I should restart to finish the latest update. So I did, and now it won't connect to any server anymore. I tried restarting the app, the service, my system and reinstalling the app (with a reboot in between). Nothing works. What is going on? I'm not using any other VPN services and my wifi connection is fine.
