I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Hopefully this will clear up the problem.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Are you facing this issue after following the below steps?
>>Double-click the AVG Secure VPN icon on your desktop to open the application.
>>Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
>>Select Network Security in the left panel and tick Automatically when connected to the internet.
I am still asking WHY my VPN does not connect when I start my computer. And yes, I have gone to setting and told it to do so - but it is not working and it is maddening because I have to manually start it whenever I go online. What is wrong with the product??
