AVG Secure VPN is a standalone product.
Hence, you have to subscribe for it separately and it cannot be added to your other AVG product upgrade.
If you purchase AVG Secure VPN for a windows computer, it cannot be used on other devices like Mac, Android and iOS.
If you would like to use it on other platforms, purchase has to be done from respective "PlayStore" and "App Store" based on the operating system.

Thanks. There actually is the upgrade option when you enter manage my subscription. I believe it's to purchase the standalone VPN service for one computer license at 29.99 when you upgrade your internet protection…
Any who, the real question is how does one go about getting multiple licenses for different computers then?

So to clarify,
I can purchase a single authorization code for unlimited computers with 1 active connection (which is what I want), but in order to do so I need to create a new AVG account because I am not able to make this purchase with my current avg account under my email.
Can you explain why my current AVG account will not allow for such a purchase?
