This is just bad. Windows (apparently) sent a big update and after I installed it, I got a frozen black screen and a frightening sequence about something called Watch Dog initializing. NOWHERE does this thing that looks like a virus indicate that it's associated with AVG. I couldn't restart my computer in safe mode because it wouldn't respond to anything. It finally got loose after several hard boot attempts. I've used AVG for quite a while and I'd never seen this before. I'm so irked I'm tempted to uninstall AVG and go with another program. I'm still not certain that the problem is solved.

To check the list of drivers installed on your PC, please press Windows key along with R key together on the keyboard and enter as "devmgmt.msc" without the quotes and press Enter key which will bring up the device manager window. If your keyboard is Logitech device then please go to control panel and choose device manager option from it.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.

Hello Alexis,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Initially when we came across this issue, we thought that the issue is because of AVG Watchdog service  and by removing the USB devices we found that customer were able to log into windows normally. After further investigation we finally confirmed that the issue is not with AVG program but with the "Logitech" USB devices connected to the PC. So we request you to reinstall the Logitech USB device connected to your PC and also update the driver once, this should fix the issue. If the issue still persists, please contact the Logitech Support.
