We are really sorry to know that. We would request you to unplug your external hard drives like Printer, scanner if its connected to your system. Once its unplugged please try to run the AVG Resuce CD to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.
I guess since I am trying to get this situtation fixed using a cell phone it can be easy to make a mistake and hit enter twice considering my computer is frozen due to your software!
