When you tried to boot into Safe mode, what is the exact message that you received?
We recommend you to try our AVG Rescue CD process once.

Thank you for your patience. We request you to disabled AVG via Rescue CD or any alternative  method like to boot onto Linux Live distribution or use other specialized tools to rename/remove AVG files. If the issue is still persist  we can run Windows repair installation to boot up your system .Thank you.

Dear Sir, My HP laptop with Windows 10 ( anniversary update) on switch on goes through the the AVG watchdog routine,  and says it is finished, giving me no way of accessing safe mode and trying a system restore. 
When I try a mains switch off it simply goes into the AVG watchdog routine, and does not respond to any button control.  I have not got an AVG rescue CD, but it does not seem to fix the problem according to what others have tried . My HP laptop is broken and unusable .
Can you fix this AVG problem please?

Stan, unfortunately we couldn't send you the hard copy of AVG Rescue CD. We request you to download the Rescue CD file from another computer that has the internet. Thank you for providing the screenshot of the log in screen of your PC. We can see that is in the loading screen of Windows, for how long does it stay at this screen?
