Waftchdog still wont let my cpu boot even to reinstall windows. It just says disk read error. Never did before. Not having a computer is really boring.

Avg watchdog wont let my cpu boot in any mode. Restore point is not an option. I do have a flash drive if I need to use it. Windows 7 ultimate.
