I understand how upsetting this must be. I have checked your previous case and it has been escalated to the senior technicians. The issue is with the latest update, they will send you an email within 1 hour to your registered email address.

I installed AVG Internet Security on my HP Slimline with Windows VISTA o/s. The Web/Email & Payment features won't turn "green" like the others and shows disabled. Fix button doesn't work neither does restart. I called support, and they tried to help me–same results. I was transferred to remote support where they controlled my computer from their end to completely uninstall and reinstall the program…same result–they gave up. He then said wait for an email because he's going to escalate it to a team leader or supervisor which will resolve my issue. I am still waiting for that email. To be fair, when i installed it on my newer computers one with windows 7 and the other windows 10–it works as advertised! I am beginning to think it is not compatible with VISTA! i'LL WAIT FOR their EMAIL and see!
