AVG Web shield and Unipass certificate

Could you let us know how you narrowed down that this is being caused by AVG?
Did you receive any error message from AVG when you try to log into that website?
If you did, please share us it's screenshot, so that we can check & assist you further.

Also, specify the program version of your AVG Internet Security/Antivirus.

Hi I use a Unipass certificate to log on to websites needed for work. AVG will not recognise the certificate and I have toi disable webshield to get this to work. Is there a way I can get the certifcate recognised by AVG?

There is no error message but the Unipass doesn’t generate or work. When I turn off webshield it works fine. So no screen shot.

Seems your AVG Internet Security is not up to date version.
I request you to update & repair the AVG Internet Security, restart your computer and check the status.

My AVG confirms my version is up to date.
