AVG Web Shield is blocking our payment website www.pay.bm.pl on our customers devices. The customers are getting an alert that the website is a treat. Could you explain how that's possible? What's the mechanism/reason behind blocking/alerting? At the momement, every customer that's wants to pay with Blue Media (www.pay.bm.pl) and has AVG installed on his device, is getting his payments blocked. We are loosing profits with each blocked payment transaction.
I also reported our site www.pay.bm.pl to your "Report a suspected false positive" site on https://www.avg.com/en-ww/false-positive-file-form
