Thank you for waiting, Richard.
You can add this link to the exception list.
edit file /Library/Application Support/AVGAntivirus/config/com.avg.proxy.excl
add line with exception, example *avg.com https (space between *avg.com and https needs to be done by tab. button)
After editing this file MAC needs to be restarted. We are here if you need any help.
Hello Richard,
I understand the inconvenience.
Let me check this with senior team and get suggestions.
Keep checking this post to know about the status.
Your patience is much appreciated.
When AVG Web Shield is enabled, then clicking on the Account link (near the upper right) on the developer.apple.com page comes up with an error in Safari that "Safari Can't Open the Page" where it says "Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "idmsa.apple.com"."
This problem only happens on Safari. It does not happen in Chrome. The problem also goes away if AWG Web Shield is turned off. This problem prevents logging in to an Apple Developer account unless one uses the workarounds I just mentioned. Will AVG please fix this bug?
