Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
This is actually a bug and it is a known issue.
It is the issue with our AVG Zen interface and with the latest version of Firefox.
You will get the AVG Web tuneup installed on your Firefox but the AVG zen interface will show it as inactive or not installed.
Our developers are working on this and will soon fix the issue.

I have installed my AVG Zen product, and, updated my Mozilla Firefox. My AVG is showing that the AVG Web Tune up is not activated. Yet when I download the AVG Web Tune Up via the AVG link it says that this already installed? I have restarted Firefox, but, the Web Tune up still shows as not activated. The Mozilla Firefox shows that there is a CSS error would this have anything to do with the Web Tune up error?
