I am receiving messages about my AVG Web Tune-up plugin is not working. The Web tune up is installed, what do I do about the plugin (I'm a novice). I have 5 bright red messages al saying there is a plug in problem. I honestly have no idea what to do, went to AVG's chat line and no one ever came on to say wait or anything else.
