Hello Michael,

I request you to right click on the AVG web tuneup on the list and if you get the options to uninstall it please do it and in case if it says it is already removed successfully and ask your permission to remove the name from the list please do confirm it by clicking Yes.
Please let us know the status of this.

I ran the AVG remover tool and it uninstalled AVG Virus Protection, but the AVG Web Tune Up still shows up on my list of Programs and I have tried to uninstall it twice. Is it gone, and just showing up on the list?
