We request you to uninstall the AVG Web tuneup from the control panel and then try installing it again and this should fix the issue.
Please try this and do let us know the status.
Yes have tried this on 3 separate occasions without any sucess, the latest being last night.
It aknowledges Edge and Chrome when I set these as my default but not firefox.
Unfortunately Chrome contimues to add ons which result in malware alerts.
Although my Web tune up seems to be working perfectly on my Firefox 43 browser iit keeps telling my that it is not activated on my zen dashboard.
Ideas?
