Thank you for informing that you are using the Trial version.
Could you please open the Google Chrome browser and check on the Extensions list whether AVG Web TuneUp is listed?
Please visit this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/avg%20web%20tuneup and select the AVG Web tuneup "add to chrome" option and check whether the AVG Web tuneup add-on is getting added to the browser.
Please let us know the status of it.
