I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. My previous subscription for AVG Protection and AVG Performance expired on 10/29/2015. But, on 11/9/2015, I purchased both again. AVG Protection Pro (Order #701-0660993). AVG Performance Pro (Order #701-0661344).
When I open AVG Zen, it shows that Web Tuneup is “Not activated.” It says, “To activate, simply open it and log in using your AVG MyAccount email and password.” However, I have done this several times now, with no results.
Also, upon logging into MyAccount online, it shows that my “AVG Performance subscription has EXPIRED, and “There is no license # for AVG Performance Pro.” I don't know what more I can do to activate Web Tuneup and to have my computer recognize that I have purchased a new subscription. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you very much. I love your software products!!!
