AVG Web Tuneup won't activate

Do you have the latest version of Firefox browser installed?
Are you using the Protection free, trial or paid version installed?

I downloaded and installed WebTuneup from my Zen start screen, but it won't activate because it says it needs to activate on my primary browser (FireFox). I have restarted the browser and rebooted the computer but I still can't get it to activate.

Any ideas?
