AVG Web tuneup won't install

Hello Larry,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Do you have the latest version of Google Chrome browser?
Could you please change the default browser to Internet Explorer or Firefox and check whether the web tuneup is getting installed?

Avg web tuneup won't install on my Dell Inspiron 11 using Windows 10.  I follow the instructions for AVG Zen under Web TuneUp and when I click on Get it Free it starts the sequence to download and install but then just returns to the Get it Free page.

I can't get the Web Tuneup to install nor can i get the error message to go away.  It just doesn't do anythine when I open the Chrome browser as instructed.  I clieck on the link above and got an Ooops message that it won't work but no explaination of why.

Hi,
Anyone out there got the same problem as me?
I have tried to install web tuneup on my laptop running Win 7 Home  without success. It gets to 73% and then just stops.
I have installed it on my desktop running Win& Ultimate with no problems.
I have it installed on both my phone and tablet and it weorks fine.
Any ideas??

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm whether you have received any error message during the installation. Please try to download and install the AVG Secure Search using the link : http://download-toolbar.avg.com/partners/common/AVG%20Secure%20Search.exe and check whether it resolves the issue.
