AVG & Webroot Anti-Virus on computer?

I have Webroot anti-virus on laptop but now AVG says I have its anti-virus (subscription) also. Is this a problem? Should I uninstall AVG?

It is generally not recommended to use more than one security solution on a single system. They will compete for resources, which may result in slowdowns, crashes or in no protection at all. Please choose any one antivirus application and uninstall the other.
