Please check if you can open control panel on your Windows PC.
If you could not, these issues were caused due to the recent Windows update. If you can open control panel, there is no conflict with the recent Windows updates.

The AVG app on my Lenovo laptop will not launch. You click the icon, the spinning wheel whizzes round a couple of times and then nothing happens.
Before this a Lenovo pop up asked to start to install some updates to which I said yes, that might be nothing to do with it ?
