Yes, I see that your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited has been renewed and it will expires on 11/4/2018. Please let me know what happens when you open AVG Internet Security on your computer/tablet/phone, if there any error message and you can also send the screenshot of the AVG user interface from your computer/tablet/phone to assist you further.

[2] Android. To take a screenshot on most Android devices, press and hold the power and volume down buttons. First, go to the screen that you want to capture an image of.
For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
