Hence we request you to install the latest version to be away from issue and virus. To install AVG Internet Security 2016 version you need to run AVG remover tool to remove traces of AVG and then install AVG. To run AVG remover tool follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.

I was asked to update AVG security and did so but it killed my internet explorer which will not open. AVG did operate. I restored my computer to previous settings but now AVG does not work. I've done this several times. Please can I have a AVG 2013 that work s and NOT the new AVG that has stuffed up my computer. Do I need a patch for AVG to work. Just give me something that works please. Roy

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
